We understand that unplanned issues can come up and an appointment may need to be canceled or changed. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled or changed at least 7 days in advance. When a patient cancels without giving enough notice, it prevents another patient from being seen. No Shows or Appointments not canceled within at least 3 days in advance will assess a $25 fee for the missed appointment.
Please schedule your appointment for at least 48 hours after you've had time to fill out your intake form and read over the list of patient protocols. This will ensure the best, most accurate results from your screening.
